🏠︎ The Longest Night, Done Right 🌞
Tomorrow is the longest night of the year. Plus free a Community Christmas Dinner, Live Music, and of course some Santa!
Prepare for an electrifying event that combines skill, competition, and community spirit! The MESO Lineworkers Rodeo is coming to Boomer Lake Park on Thursday, September 19, 2024. The day kicks off with an opening ceremony at 8 a.m., followed by exciting lineworker competitions.
It's an annual rodeo that showcases the talent and skill of public power professionals from across the Oklahoma region. It’s a chance for them to enhance their skills, exchange knowledge, and demonstrate their expertise in a fun and competitive setting. Locals can enjoy the action and support these professionals who work hard to keep us comfortable while learning about safe and effective system maintenance practices.
The event is open to the public, and all are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, sunscreen, and sunglasses for a comfortable day outside.
For more details, visit the MESO Facebook page here or check out the City of Stillwater’s event page at stillwaterok.gov/lineworkerrodeo.
