We have the privilege to announce that internationally honored journalist, author, and Professor Anne Nelson, will speak in Stillwater on Thursday the 5th of September.
Ms. Nelson’s book, “Shadow Network, Media, Money and the Secret Hub of the Religious Right.” is the foundation of the recently released documentary, “Bad Faith”, available on many streaming sites such as Prime Video and Tubi. PUBLISHER’S Weekly called Shadow Network an absolutely momentous piece of investigative journalism.” Both this book and the meticulously researched documentary map the 40 year rise of Christian Nationalism and the dreadful threat this underground network poses to our democracy.
Anne Nelson has published “Suzanne’s Children.” A previously untold story of a courageous woman in Nazi France who lost her life while saving the lives of hundreds of Jewish children destined for Auschwitz.
Her most recent book is “Red Orchestra, the story of the Berlin underground and the circle of friends who resisted Hitler.”
